Sean Garringer, M.D.

Dr. Garringer

Dr. Garringer completed his undergraduate degree with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in 1999 from Butler University with:

  • Magna Cum Laude Honors
  • Top 100 Student Award
  • Senior Chemistry Award

Post graduation he participated in a research internship with Dr. James Marr, Director of Indiana University Department of Nephrology. He entered the Indiana University School of Medicine in 1999 and received the Eli Lilly Rural Health Fellowship. He also completed an Intercambio Humanitarian Mission to Tabi, Mexico. In 2003, he entered residency at Indiana University Department of Orthopaedic Surgery.
During his residency, Dr. Garringer:

  • Attended the AO Trauma Course Conference
  • Attended the Texas Scottish Rite Orthotics and Prosthetics Course
  • Instructed at the Hand Care 2006: Clinical Approaches to Rehabilitation

Dr. Garringer is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and is published.

Kevin J. Lemme, M.d.

Dr. Lemme

Dr. Lemme completed his undergraduate degree with a Bachelor of Science in Education at Indiana University in 1996. During his under grad he received an athletic scholarship as a varsity player on Indiana University Men’s Basketball. He received his Master of Science from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis (IUPUI) in 1999 where he:

  • Instructed human anatomy and plant physiology
  • Tutored undergraduate biology

He entered the Indiana University School of Medicine in 1999 and graduated in 2003. Dr. Lemme from 2000 to 2001:

  • Volunteered at St. Thomas Clinic
  • Worked as an Admission Ambassador Tour Guide
  • Directed on the Indiana University School of Medicine Freshman Review Board
  • Co-Chaired for the Indiana University School of Medicine Peer Sponsorship Program

In 2003, he entered residency at Indiana University Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. During his residency, Dr. Lemme:

Jennifer Hartman, PA-C, PTA

Prior to becoming a physician assistant, Jennifer received her Physical Therapist Assistant Certification and worked as a physical therapist assistant at Kindred Health Care.

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Physician Assistant from Butler University in 2004
  • Worked for Respiratory and Critical Care Consultants, an internal medicine hospitalist group in downtown Indianapolis 2004 - 2007
  • Joined Major Health Partners in 2007 working for Major Internal Medicine
